Her Excellency Jameela Al Muhairi was appointed as Minister of State for Public Education during the restructuring of the UAE Cabinet in February 2016, and as the Chairman of the board of the Emirates School Establishment, an entity expected to manage and improve government schools in the UAE. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of education.
As the Chief of Dubai Schools Inspections Bureau and a member of the Board of Directors for the local “Knowledge and Human Development Authority, KHDA”, she led the efforts to develop a world-class school performance management system, the first in the region, and has been involved in improving the quality of education in the private sector in Dubai.
Her Excellency Jameela Al Muhairi is a graduate in management from UAE University
