Letitia is the Founder and CEO of Build Scale Grow CIC, a social enterprise that focuses on extra-curricular learning experiences such as business boot camps for children, and Lively Tuition, affordable tuition for low-medium-income families.

I am currently studying the MSt in Social Innovation at Cambridge University with a research focus on education, the future of work and social mobility. I previously worked in investment banking, during my career, I’ve consulted 300+ startups and SMEs in incubators and accelerators, run entrepreneurship programmes for national and local development agencies and worked for the Executive Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises (European Commission)
