Mauro Guillen
Mauro F. Guillén is the Dean of the Cambridge Judge Business School and a fellow of Queens’ College. A best-selling author and prize-winning scholar, he is the receipient of Fulbright and Guggenheim fellowships. His research on globalization, multinational corporations, and digital platforms has been translated into twenty languages and has earned him awards from the Academy of Management, the American Sociological Association, and the Social Science History Association. He won the Aspen Institute’s Faculty Pioneer Award for the innovative curriculum he designed as Director of the Lauder Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His online classes have attracted over 100,000 participants. He is an elected member of the Sociological Research Association and the Macro Organizational Behavior Society, and a trustee of the Royal Foundation Princess of Asturias in his native Spain. He was a member of the University of Oviedo basketball team that won Spain’s National College Championship in 1987, three years after he passed the First Certificate in English and the Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge Assessment.
