Business Consultant and social innovator
Author of “Participation Revolution”

Neil is a business consultant, social innovator and author of the “Participation Revolution” - a WH Smith’s and Amazon Best Seller. He is the co-founder of the 21st Century Leadership Project,  whose slogan “because the world needs a new kind of leadership” could also be applied to education. He also is the founder of the South Lanes Project a social experiment in Essex which has just been shortlisted for Rising Star in the Great British High Street Awards.

“Education, probably more than any other sector, is at the heart of the seismic changes that are transforming our society, because the foundation that its whole reason to exist is built on - content and IP - is being democratised and commoditised. Like all structural disruption the solutions are unlikely to come from within the incumbent organisations but through diverse and broad groups of stakeholders thinking, sharing and designing together. That’s why this event is so exciting.”
